hi stella beauty, am 14 teen (almost 15 in april :p) and am over weight and
i don’t really look like but yeah!. it’s my dream to lose weight and have a
nice and healthy body but am totally too lazy to move and lose weight.
sometime i juste say that am a teen and i have to enjoy life because life
is too short. all that to have really great advice for me to feel beautiful
in my body. xxx

Hey… Loved you video but just tough I could give you a couple of tips…
for your snacks: Not all Chocolate is bad for you… Dark Chocolate is
really good for you just eat it in moderation! And for your squats make
sure you knees never go farther then your toes like you did in the video or
you might injure your knees really bad!!!
Hope this did not annoy you… this is just the Fitness instructor in me…

Girl number one you do not need to lose weight, your body is beautiful as
is! Number two, you don’t have proper squatting form; you have to keep your
heels on the ground so your knees are in line with your ankles and push
your hips back. Just wanted to let you know because your current form will
injure your knees! Good video otherwise.
