My eating habits are exactly the same and I really want to start getting
fit and healthy because I have been feeling lethargic and very sluggish as
of late I would recommend getting the Pumpup app which is basically like
instagram for people who are into health and fitness, the people on it are
very supportive and give so many helpful tips and tricks on how to work on
certain areas, there is also a section where you can plan out your exercise
for the week, your goals honesty it is AMAZING and I would totally suggest
you get it :)

now I’m writing you here. He is in a better place having lots of peace. I’m
really happy that you are pretty strong to upload a new video.
I’m in my healthy journey too, this week I started working out. I have been
healthy all this year with my vegan diet and I really wanted to starting
getting fit this week, but I got hit by chikungunya virus 🙁 I really hope
getting out of it pretty soon, right now I’m in bed doing nothing because
all my body hurts.

Hey, there. I am a long-time subscriber and I just wanted to clear up a
little something that you mentioned in this video. My husband studies
nutrition so I feel like I can share this with you and I know quite a bit
about this. Type 2 diabetes although it results in high blood sugar is not
caused by eating too much sugar. As you know diabetes is mainly treated
with insulin pills or injections. This is because type 2 diabetes is caused
by “insulin resistance”. And, this is a growing epidemic because what makes
your body resistant to insulin happens on a very small level. Basically,
without getting too technical, your blood cells carry all sorts of things
around the body to where they need to go. They carry sugar and fat and
insulin too. What happens when a person has type 2 diabetes is that your
cells carry too much intermyocellular lipids(aka fat within the cell) When
this happens it causes a big problem because the cell cannot carry this fat
and the insulin your pancreas produces to balance your sugar intake. This
result in that sugar remaining in the cell. Which shows up as high blood
sugar. So basically the reason diabetes is “genetic” is because families
tend to have the same eating habits. And a diet high in saturated fats
contributes to more fat within the cells which blocks the insulin and gives
you type 2 diabetes.

Sorry about your lost. But I will try to do my best to eat healthy because
I’m about 150 pounds. I want to be about 120 ponds or less maybe. You
inspire me to eat healthy now. Hopefully I will go to the gym and eat
healthy to lose some weight. I can’t wait to see tomorrow video!
