Love your makeup here! What are you wearing? These are very helpful videos,
helps keep me motivated. I have been following bikini body mommy 3.0 on
YouTube. So far no weight loss, but feel tighter. You and I are about the
same size. I was 150 forever and then at 40 I had another child and have
not gotten rid of the weight. It’s been 4 years! Ugh!

Kudos to you Melanie for keeping up with your exercise and all the moving
you do in a day! As an older woman I will tell you it makes a difference if
you get in that routine now. I am doing Pilates and Yoga to help with my
strength and balance and have enjoyed workouts with kettlebells. Plus we
have 5 large dogs that keep me active since our boys are grown. Keep up the
good work and enjoy all the running around with that little Stella, she’s
such a cutie..and you’re a good Mommy. –Anne

You go girl! I still have to figure out what the hell Instagram is about-
Lexie tried to explain it but I’m looking at it as another password to
remember. Anywho, good luck with your weight loss. Lexie (my daughter) and
I are pulling for you- planks suck. LOL I take dance classes for exercise
and the planks are horrid…OMG—Taebo! LMFAO!

I just finished working out around 9pm. You totally had me cracking up
while I gave my mother her dinner in sweat tonight. 🙂
There is an app called, ‘Fitness Point’ I just downloaded yesterday.
Someone said there are all sorts of exercises on it. I haven’t tried it
yet, but looks fun.
Finally done w my work. Hittin the shower, then bed. I prefer later in the
day workouts too. Not this late, but had busy morning. I usually start
around 3 or 4. Oh well. Started today around 6:30 I think. Oopsa! 🙂

Omg I’m the same way with working out I have to do it everyday or I’ll fall
off track. Even if I’m sore I still workout lightly because I know what’ll
happen if I take a day off

Funny … I just threw out my last six old VHS videos last week. One was
Billy Blanks’ Tae Bo. I threw out the whole stand and all. Lol … They
look so funny to me now.
Stella’s birthday party video was so cute with the family around. I
remember having a little party for a boy my cousin adopted from South
America when he was young. We had one of those family parties, sang happy
birthday and all, then he asked, “Where’s the party?” Lol … We’re IT
dude!!! 🙂
I purchased the new Maybelline brow mascara in the lightest color
yesterday. Love it!!!
Gave into a Yankee pumpkin candle at Bed Bath & Beyond yesterday on low
sale from Christmas. Seriously no throw, but pretty lit on this very rainy
Texas day. 🙂 I think Yankee pulled people in, then got cheap on us. Pooh
on them …

Oh man… I used to workout with my aunt’s Jane Fonda tape. lol Good times.
I have learned the hard way that I am NOT built to do the crazy workouts.
I’m one of those fiends that loves hardcore workouts, lifting heavy (or
trying to), just basically having my ass handed to me. However,
structurally speaking, my body cannot handle those workouts. After spending
the last few months moping around and being depressed about it, I finally
got my fancy pants new treadmill and am ready to get to work. :)
