I’m a pharmacist and in my opinion, you have a pretty good regimen there! I
think one change you could make for the better would be to switch your
multivitamin from the hair, skin, and nails to a more general multi. The
one you’re taking tends to have more b vitamins which are great for energy,
but you’re probably missing out on some other vitamins and minerals that
would be beneficial. Just my 2 cents!!! Thanks for the interesting video.

I take a probiotic daily, myself. Something else that I’ve taken for the
past 10 years is Juice Plus+ (it’s basically 26 fruits/vegetables/berries
in capsules or gummies) It has really helped with my health and the health
of my family. The kids haven’t seen a doctor for a sick visit in 10 years!!
JP also sells shakes that many people use as a meal replacement to lose
weight but we drink them for breakfast and snacks.

melanie, i had gut issues and bloating too my whole life. id really
recommend getting tested for intolerances, and in the meantime get some
l-glutamine powder to repair stomach cells and hydrolysed gelatin from
iherb. the upside is that the former will also help your fitness recovery
and the latter your skin, hair & nails x
