for the bicep curl, my trainer told me you can (and in my case SHOULD)
actually rest your elbows at your hips, so that you only lift with you
biceps and not your whole arm.

You didnt mention how often you do this.. like 3 times a week or 4 or
whatever,, could you tell us?
To make the leg brushes even more effective, you could use a resistance
tube and attach one side to your foot and anchor the other side onto your
door or a piece of heavy furniture. This same exercise could also be done
with the cable machine at the gym.
I am very sorry, but I just need to say that now. In your last video you
said, some people who are very skinny, because they were born like that,
can’t change it. I think you are one of those persons, because you are
extremely skinny, which seems to be maybe even unhealthy, I don’t know, you
look so powerless! And I do not want to be mean or something, just
wondering if people are so skinny like you are, why do they have to eat so
“healthy”? And to be honest, the serving is too small, in about two hours
you will be hungry again. So if you are so extremely skinny, why do you eat
like you were on a diet for losing weight? Don’t get it, if girls like you
do things like that.

One thing I tell myself when I work out is “Pain is just weakness leaving
the body” If I don’t feel the burn, I must be doing something wrong. You
may feel pain for today but it makes you stronger for tomorrow. And I’m not
just talking about working out
