In 50 minutes, you and Michael can discuss anything you want. From troubleshooting nagging injuries to navigating catastrophic setbacks, Michael will work with you to develop a game plan to meet your goals, whether it’s simply getting moving again or winning your next race. These sessions are conducted via Skype so that video can be used for analysis or demonstration. For example, Michael may demonstrate simple strength or stretching exercises that you can do at home.
