Q: What do you pack for lunch to work or wherever, when you don’t eat bread?

Q: How much time do you leave yourself after smashing down the beetroot, bananas etc before the marathon? And how much beetroot juice do you use?
Q: I’m a first-time runner and I’ve been recommended to try some gels but I’ve heard of some adverse side effects and I’ve begun to be rather skeptical of which brands or which types would be the best to use could you recommend any gels or choose that I could get here in America?

Hi Steve! Yes, I’m curious about B12 as well. I take it once per month by
injection otherwise I’m F*cked! I get so tired and I loose steam halfway
through workouts. I think female athletes more commonly have B12 issues.
