I can’t live without my workouts every day. I do fitness classes along with
my own workouts to stay healthy. I watch what I eat but not as much as I
should be. I want to start eating very healthy but I love food way too
much! I need to get myself motivated to start eating right so I’ll probably
start tracking what I eat 🙂
