The national texting competition offers a chance to showcase one's--what else?--texting skills. Last year, the winner was a 13 year old girl from Pennsylvania. She won $50,000!
Fifty THOUSAND dollars? For moving one's fingers at an accelerated rate? What does a 13- year old do with that much money? Said the winner-- "I want to go shopping."
