Hey guys! I am obviously not a health or fitness expert, but over the years of dancing and doing a ton of experimenting and research with my own diet— this is the way I’m currently eating=) This could change again (as you saw in the video, Im actually eating even healthier lately! I just kind of experiment) but ya- I hope this was helpful! Let me know in the comments if you have any health, fitness, wellness, food, or whatever kind of questions & I’ll try and answer as many as possible=) ALSO, side note, I’m an adult now and I definitely do spend quite a bit of time , money and energy on health related things, (dan was actually making fun of me for this when he watched this video. hahah) but even if you’re younger and on a tighter budget, just remember, you can always take tips and adapt them to your lifestyle! When Dan and I were younger and on a tighter budget we did a ton of grocery shopping at the dollar store (you’d be surprised how much produce you can find there)— I’m only mentioning this cuz I don’t want you to feel discouraged by any of those factors=) If you want to be healthy, you can do it and I believe in you! LOVE YOU GUYS!

Are depressed about the fact that eating makes up a lot of your
health/weight loss. And I don’t even eat that bad. It just sucks because I
have to work out that much longer/harder

I’ve noticed a huuuge difference in my body already, much more slim and my

I eat out loads for lunch, too! I wish Whole Foods was here in

was veggie for a few years too, and even tried being vegan, but I'm the
same I went back to eating meat for several reasons, including those
cravings! And also as a step to getting over binge eating disorder (had to
stop cutting food groups), but I always buy organic / free range 🙂
Besides, the more demand that there is for well-treated animals, the more
well-treated animals will be. If that demand isn't there and if people
don't shift their shopping habits, things won't realistically change due to
the human population <3 I think it's important for people to boycott (for
the most part, where possible) factory farmed animals! X

Really helpful tips Nikki! My biggest health weakness is sugar & what i’ve
been doing lately is blending up fresh watermelon with ice, water and some
honey = super tasty watermelon slushy!! Its my new obsession :)

fit 🙂 Since injuring my foot I’ve been really enjoying long walks and
slowing getting back into harder workouts like kettle bell and yogalates

I’m actually glad to hear you’re not a vegetarian anymore… I went through
something similar, was a vegetarian for 7 years and then started having
health problems & meat cravings, and begrudgingly tried eating meat again.
Now I’m convinced meat is just part of a healthy human diet. Don’t listen
to the naysayers… a lot of us have been there before, and we understand!
🙂 Anyway, thanks for another great video!
