general! I would love to think this way..everytime I watch videos like this
I am like “oh damn I do not look like that..I am a lot heavier..I am a
pear-shape”..but I forget that I ..for example do at least 30 minutes
sports a day (I take the bike to work..15 minutes) etc..

Your body actually needs to relax between workouts. Doing it 7 days a week
is not the healthiest option. Best is to take like Wednesday and Sunday
off.
