How to do a HIIT workout: 30 seconds vigorous exercise (you should be out of breath by the end!) and 90 seconds of rest. Repeat 7 times 2-3 times a week.

➯ Lentils with Veggies recipe: 1 cup SPROUTED lentils (regular lentils take much longer to cook, you can get them online http://amzn.to/1JCPMiY or at a health food store), 2 ½ cup waters in my rice cooker & in steaming basket I throw in whatever veggies I have on hand and cook everything together on the white rice setting (~12 minutes). I use a lot of seasoning (sea salt, pepper, everything seasoning to flavor it and sometimes I add crushed garlic mixed with olive oil and lemon). Takes 15 minutes total to prepare!
Lentils are great for you! They are a good source of potassium, calcium, zinc, niacin and vitamin K & rich in dietary fiber, lean protein, folate, magnesium and iron
