Let’s Get In Shape! Reviewing My Sunny Health & Fitness Twisting Stair Stepper
There was a time where I consistently had a daily date with the gym. Now, I’m juggling a full-time career and a full-time life as a mom of two, and so fitness plans are often the last thing I can juggle during my day (and not always on my mind.) My health and wellness are incredibly, however. I want to be the very best mom that I can be for my two small boys!
I loved the chance to try out this twist stepper because I felt the burn within MOMENTS (which made me feel like I was really doing some work :)) and it’s compact so that I can pull it out at home any chance I can. This restored my faith in home exercise machines and showed me that I don’t need the gym to stay in shape. I hope this helps you on any and all fitness goals you have this year!
