What ab out our own health and fitness? What should we be doing to avoid going to the doctors ? Starry has been a professional registered nurse for close to 18 years and in the medical field for more than 35 years! She currently is trauma , ACLS. PALS certified and works in a acute care and floats sometimes to te Emergency room. with this extensive medical background. She and her husband are also very accomplished athletes with a extensive list of endurance accomplishment most people would not believe.All of this has helped in going off the grid. They have a solid background, a prepared background. BUT WHAT about you at home?? What if your n t a nurse or a doctor or a physically fit??
