You asked, I answered!
Thank you for all of your questions. I hope I could help shed some insight as far as where I have been on my health/fitness journey.
Again, I apologize for not answering the very individualized questions. Please look out for online training when I become certified in September.

Great video, Brianna ! 🙂 loved it
Katie Lynn says
THANK YOU! I posted a picture on my IG a couple weeks ago about my progress
and why I am on the journey I am on and the comments I got on it were so
hurtful and degrading that I felt like I was the girl in high school all
over again getting teased. I did get some positive comments but it makes me
not want to post my progress anymore. People don’t realize how hurtful it
Stephanie Cafarella says
I can relate to your struggles, Brianna. You are an inspiration! xo
Andriena Peterson says
Loved what you said about working out being equal to “putting love into
yourself”…something clicked when you said that. Brilliant!

I have followed u on Instagram for a while now before you admitted about
your eating disorder and I always felt as though you may have had some sort
of one just because of how obsessive you seemed and I just wanted to
congratulate you on how far you have come you are the only insta account
that doesn’t make me feel like I’m doing something wrong and this month and
a half you took off makes you seem so human and I love the way you have
made your Instagram a shame free place where people who love to work out
and eat pizza can go!
Jessie Deschane says
I like the “treat” vs. “cheat” point. I always call it a cheat and feel
bad. Treat is so much better. Good idea!
Christina Marshall says
I hardly ever comment on videos but, thank you for being so open about
distorted eating & guilt. It happens to us all. Thanks for being positive
about pushing forward & not feeling guilty about the past. Much love & good
luck to you.

Love everything you have to say! I think my biggest problem is
accountability. I wish I had someone to text me throughout the day checking
up on me or I could text when I feel like eating crazy!
Love the video! You are such an inspiration! Thank you for always being so
honest. It truly is so refreshing to see someone be so real and honest
about fitness and health. There should be more fitness individuals like
you:) You’re going to be an awesome pt. Keep up the awesome work!!
