THANK YOU! I posted a picture on my IG a couple weeks ago about my progress
and why I am on the journey I am on and the comments I got on it were so
hurtful and degrading that I felt like I was the girl in high school all
over again getting teased. I did get some positive comments but it makes me
not want to post my progress anymore. People don’t realize how hurtful it
can be.

I have followed u on Instagram for a while now before you admitted about
your eating disorder and I always felt as though you may have had some sort
of one just because of how obsessive you seemed and I just wanted to
congratulate you on how far you have come you are the only insta account
that doesn’t make me feel like I’m doing something wrong and this month and
a half you took off makes you seem so human and I love the way you have
made your Instagram a shame free place where people who love to work out
and eat pizza can go!

I like the “treat” vs. “cheat” point. I always call it a cheat and feel

Love everything you have to say! I think my biggest problem is
accountability. I wish I had someone to text me throughout the day checking
up on me or I could text when I feel like eating crazy!
