Part 2 of the Blogilates trilogy continues with more poor diet and nutrition advice for people looking to lose weight, gain health and increase their fitness level. I can’t help but feel disappointed, telling people to incorporate more olive oil into their diet, more meats, eat less healthy foods because you might eat more than you need is not the right way to be healthy and lean long term.
What’s up guys, I hate bad information and love making fun of shitty info on the internet. However I also love answering questions relating to health and fitness also. So send me questions and I’ll try and make a video about it.

I love her fitness program but she should NOT be giving nutritional advice.
She is influencing many young girls in a negative way.

Although you are correct…you lose points when you mention government
guidelines…
when is the last time the government did not lie or get influenced by x,y,z
interests in regards to money and health?
Stick to science, and common sense…because none of those rational
applications are found in any government on the planet at this time.

it´s also hard to overeat on good foods (high-carb whole-food plant foods)
due to fiber which will fill you up.

Caught her being a bit hypocritical, eh? LOL

How could we possibly have only one diet? What are we? Animals?
For example: Koalas don’t just eat eucalyptus. They are individuals from
different places. different cells. Different families. Some Koalas might
not like eucalyptus and only eat human flesh. That’s their choice.
You can’t tell her what to do. She’s obviously above us on every level.
Hahahahahahahahaha. Oh Blogilites you crack me up just like your breakfast

And too much sugar in the form of eating too many sugary fruits can trigger
diabetes too. So lets remember what too much sugar can do to the body as
well as what too much fat does when it comes to blocking insulin.

Funny how all the vegans act like they are nutritionists and act like they
tell the absolute truth.
I’m vegan because of ethical and ecological reasons. I don’t do it because
I think it’s what’s best for my body regarding nutrients because as a vegan
it is very easy to lack essential nutrients. And I think Blogilates is
right that different things work for different people. If you view it from
a biological point of view, humans had to adapt to different environments,
climates and sources of nutrition. Look at the Inuit diet for example,
these people are perfectly healthy and are probably the opposite of HCLF.
What also bugs me about the high carb low fat diet is that the body hardly
stores fat though eating an “unlimited” amount of calories. It’s great in
our modern world because being skinny is the definition of beauty, but in
an evolutionary sense people needed body fat to survive. It’s also way
easier to build up muscle mass on a high-protein diet. But despite that,
it’s great to choose to be vegan because of ethical reasons.
All the things that so many vegans call facts aren’t scientific facts.
They’re beliefs, but people are too narrow-minded to accept that their way
may not be right or the only right way. There are many studies that show
how positive a vegan lifestyle can be and there are studies that show
low-carb diets are good and that fat is not unhealthy. Many of the studies
that praise the vegan lifestyle (e.g. the China Study) are cherry-picking,
non-scientific and widely criticized. Just because you think the studies
that don’t accord to your lifestyle are not right doesn’t make your studies
a fact.

I don’t really like her style and her ways of losing weight, it’s like she
promotes anorexia and BED. All cassey honestly cares about is Looking good
and being pretty not being healthy and fit I mean seriously we all want to
look good but not the way she shown to us such as low carbs this and low
calories that well it seems to it she’s promoting Body Dysmorphic Disorder
all because she’s involving celebrities in her workouts, tells everyone
about her workouts that are considered overexercising I mean the only
estimated time to workout is 30 minutes per day but our intake is mostly
involve with balance diets. She’s even giving girls like myself a hard time
(although I never followed her style) but again all her ways are too
difficult for girls to handle like it is making her think she’s the self
righteous one for all this! People want to look good at the same time be
healthy and be happy not just one I am a girl trying to lose weight the
right way possible without all these BS advice that she’s giving us

She dismisses every criticism against her by calling them opinions. She’s
being completely dishonest here. It’s not just opinions, it’s backed by
science, and her diet advice is factually shit.
