I’m curious, why did you say you wished you would have started weight
training before you did? Is it more beneficial? I am all so new to this. I
don’t even know what to eat or how to workout yet.

I agree. Sometimes I just don’t know where to stay with the workouts. Also
eating healthy.. I feel like I’m one of those people that start a diet on
Monday and by Thursday I’ve completely forgotten I am on a “diet”. Do you
have any recommendation?
