Bro would it be good to do abdominals with gaining size? Coz I have heard
some people say just gain size first and then work on your abdominals. But
I have noticed heaps of natty body builders like lazar angelov, Ulisses
williams jr. , jeff seid and many more did work on their abdominals too
while gaining size. Just want to make sure I am going right so asking you.
