everything needs to work together. eat the right food. do some simple
exercise such as walking everyday in the park. Do some body stretching
exercise to help oxygen flow in the body. Do some meditation/relaxation.
Listen to peaceful music.
Stay away from negative noises that constantly talk about and promote war,
death, violence such the media (fox news, bbc etc)
/television/newspapers/rap music.

What do you think about calories? Is it necessary to eat a lot or should we
focus more on nutrition? When I eat raw it’s hard to get a lot of calories.
I tend to feel satisfied on less.

Yeah all that pasta pushing has me completely confused as to the raw vegan
teachings. Not confused as to whether I should eat it or not. Because I
personally think grains are some of the worst foods humans are eating. But
confused as to why would anyone who has studied nutrition independently or
otherwise think that grains are good.

have been referring to at the end of the video, ha ha… I agree with you.
Thank you for coming out and sharing this much important subject. There are
many athletic individuals who mislead their audience with half truths and
use words like orthorexia in regards to optimal diet of raw fruit based
lifestyle but avoid admitting that they suffer a psychological disorder
called pica that is quite common. Thank you.

the 100m,200m and 4x100m he claimed that he ate predominately McDonalds
chicken nuggets during his stay in China.
Have you seen any Asian fruitarian? Or is fruitarianism only for European?
I searched but cannot find any Asian person who is doing ok with fruit only
diet. I wonder if it ever works for Asian.

outside but weak vital internal organs such as spleen, liver, etc.

11 days of fasting. However, I started to lose my hair after fasting, can u
give me an answer about what’s going on in my body?

Good points Loren makes here… So cool of that lady to mention Anderson
Silva as I am a fan as well but remember Brock Lesnar everybody? Man is
super strong and can outwork probably every healthy person around just
about, but the man almost died few years ago from diverticulitis which is
lifestyle related, talking about diet here. He was never really the same
after that. I know he changed eating habits after that. And then of course
Stone Cold Steve Austin… Still loves his beers and looking good still and
that is the way he wants to live but ya know that is not good and most
folks could not copy that lifestyle without severe consequences.

Loren, do you think these professional athletes who eat very unhealthy
food, yet are at the top of their game, would perform better if they took
several weeks/months off to rest and fast, then began to eat a healthy
diet? Could it extend their careers, so that instead of retiring in their
early-mid thirties, they could retire in their early-mid 40’s? Is it
possible that by way of rejuvenescence the human body could potentially be
at its best in terms of athletic performance in the mid 40’s after it has
been cleaned out a correctly nourished?

Be real. I do not have a percentage but I would venture that a large
majority (50+) of the world do no eat a vegan lifestyle. As stated in the
video can be fit while still being unhealthy. I do not know how long or
when eating vegan came into existence. It seems as if their is a bottom
line that unless you eat a vegan lifestyle or do not eat any processed
foods you are not healthy. This lifestyle is currently not available or
accessible to a large number of people in the world. If the entire world is
unhealthy under your ideology then what exactly is healthy? Are vegans,
vegetarians, and people who consume no processed foods the only healthy
people on earth? And how about when the technology to do so was not
present? I understand that humans did not evolve by eating processed foods
but are you saying that with the advent that at that time and there
after is where the human race became unhealthy? That people who live long
life’s live longer despite eating what you would consider and unhealthy
lifestyle? I just do not understand how you can say that you and others who
follow this particular lifestyle and diet are the only people who are
healthy. I mean if this were truly true why would modern medicine not
interject and completely change our infrastructure diet and lifestyle. I
understand there are huge industries that are extremely profitable because
the way people eat. Why do the elites not eat in such a way while overly
pushing an unhealthy lifestyle to the masses (the ultimate conspiracy)?

athletes are not healthy but they are fit. You can be healthy and fit but
you can be fit but not healthy Wow! Excellent point!
