Is Stevia just a brand of sweetener because I don’t think they sell it in
England? Also, wouldn’t it be better to just use natural sugar instead of

I think it’s funny that the main thing you’re criticized on is use of
stevia. At least if that’s the worst thing you’re doing, you’re probably

I started to eat healthy in January I think and it lasted for 2 months but
then I went back on my old lifestyle which is not that healthy and I can
feel so much the difference: no more energy, tired, easily irritated and so
on 🙁
I really need to return back to a healthy lifestyle for my good and also to
take care of the temple that is my body :)
