Alpha has found a super cool product that he digs! First, he tells a story of when he met his future wife and gained 30 pounds. He discusses how he changes his diet: drinking plenty of water and getting back to the basics with diet. He started carrying around water, protein, and shaker bottles. The fat came off. Up until a month ago, he was carrying all of that cumbersome stuff around with him. Aaron Marino of alpha m. stumbled upon Umoro One. It’s not just a typical shaker bottle. There is a storage compartment for the protein powder or pre / post workout drink. He demonstrates how to make yourself ready to roll with a regular water bottle that converts unto your perfectly mixed drink.

  12. Seems like you can only add one scoop though, I use three so I use the USN
    tornado shaker 

  16. I used to carry a water bottle and a ziplock bag of dry protein powder and
    mix later when needed. I don’t use protein powders anymore but if I did I
    would get this. Definitely a “why didn’t I think of that” invention. This
    would also work for some instant matcha green tea. Of course, you wouldn’t
    need to fill it all the way for that.

  19. (You’re protein video). That’s not exactly true that one isn’t better then
    the other. What you want to do when looking for a good powder is figure out
    the percentage of protein in the mix. Say you take Muscle Milk, like most
    people do, it tastes good and mixes well but it’s only 35% protein per
    scoop. That means that 65% of it is fat, sugar, and bull crap you don’t
    need. A better option is ON. It’s 75-77% protein in a scoop. The purer the
    protein the better the recovery. 

  20. $30?!? I’ll stick to my semi-ghetto solution of putting a scoop or two of
    powder in a snack bag and carry the shaker bottle around with the shaker
    ball taken out. Luxury definitely comes at a price.
