  6. Grace, that 7lbs won’t be all fat.. A lot of it will be “water weight”.
    When we have processed/”unhealthy” foods, there is a hell of a lot of
    hidden salt in them.. This makes our bodies hold onto water! So don’t worry
    your pretty little head sweet – you look amazing & you seem very happy,
    it’s lovely to see! Emma x
