I tired yoga for the first time on Saturday morning and I honestly was
struggling haha, I’m going to give it another go this afternoon though
after work and Hopefully this attempt will last longer then 5 minutes!
I would love to see more fitness videos!! Also, tomorrow the beginning of
the #thestretchproject from blogilates (Cassey Ho) and my friends and I are
super exciting to start! If you want to get more flexible or just want to
stretch more this is a great project!! The schedule is on the blogilates
instagram and she talked about it on her youtube channel!! I just thought
that you would be interested in that! You are amazing and I love you & your
youtube!! Plus you can do these with you morning stretches!
I’m trying to drink more water too. This was a good reminder I just took a
swig! Haha

oh my stars! you are so inspirational. i’m in the midst of re-jigging my
plan but i have to say i am addicted to dairy. i could be vegetarian but i
really want to take that extra step. i’m determined to get there. if you
have any tips that would be so helpful. i also have “bloating” issues.

I’m barely starting my healthy journey but I’ve started drinking infused
water & I love it! I like it because you get the vitamins and minerals of
the fruit and herbs and it gives some fruity boost to the water. I’ve read
so much on its benefits and it’s just wonderful. I love combining fruits
(specially citruses) with mint! I recommend it.
