I think you should definitely make this video every week I am currently
working on being more healthy and improving my fitness health as well and
that would be really to tune into something different to try from you every

Funny…just watched your old fitness video looking for inspiration and
ways to get started and then this video popped up. Since you have lost
weight and toned up I think it’s ok to not be as strict on yourself. But do
what’s best for you. I was eating clean for 2 months and after this weekend
started drinking cokes and eating bad snacks lol smh. It’s so easy to get
off track
