I just found your channel and subscribed! I am under 5′ as well and I used
to be a gymnast, so I’ve always been a bit on the bulky side. I have never
been able to get myself back into a healthy weight range since stopping
gymnastics, but seeing how amazingly flexible and lean you are… It gives
me hope. Eating healthy is my biggest struggle though. 🙁

I’ve done kind of the same. There was this Sexy tummy project of Women’s
Health Magazine in Germany (idk whether it’s in the international magazine
too). And I was slim too, and had the same goal to just get and look
fitter. Not to lose weight. But nobody understood me, and especially my
family and some friends were like “you’re so skinyy-you’re crazy-you gonna
get anorexic’ blah blah… and to see your videos motivates me to keep that
up. And you should keep up doing such videos. because as i said, they
motivate me, and i love your tips and videos. (And for me it was even
harder to start a 6day per week sport program because i’ve never done many
sport before 😉 )

Grace your email link doesnt work. But i have a question: i do a thirty
minute workout every evening and i eat very healthy…that goes for almost
two months now but i cant see any body changes…do younhave an idea why? I
am very small for my age but that doesnt influence this or does it?
