people say that spicy foods, even whole foods, can be damaging to the body,
anyway I have read these foods usually contain high amounts of nutrients, I
dont feel anybad after eating a whole red pepper

I didnt use the starvation dieting, the most important changes I made was
to replace public transportation completely by walking, and stop using
lifts, and removing somethings like cola, that was all.

IDK maybe I’m weird, but who the hell would want to pipe coffee up their
ass? I mean, just get a strong cup of coffee and DRINK it. Then some water,
go for a good run (or a brisk walk – whatever you’re capable of), then more
water. Have a dinner full of *fresh* veggies at night. Do that just 3 times
a week, and enjoy your body cleansing itself, as it was designed to do.
