This is the first time I’m hearing such an over the top explanation of
creatine absorption by muscles post workout and that it will make u bloated
unless u consume it post workout. Is there any research backed evidence for

i am an volleyball athlete please tell me about my nutrition according to
my game. I do weight training three times a week cardio almost everyday
endurance two times per week or three times. cycling 34 kilometers once a
week this protocol is for morning only in evening we do specific volleyball
drills on court. please brother tell me about the nutrition and
