Great video! I am getting into yoga, and took my first hot yoga class last
week. I mostly enjoy working out at home, on my own time, but I really
enjoyed the atmosphere of the class while I was sweating my butt off with
30 other girls. What a great idea, to using the # to find a prayer buddy.
Might just go do that.

Thank you for this very HELPFUL video! Also, I think that
#howtobehappyjanuary doesn’t always have to do with HAPPY videos. Many
times working through negative emotions helps your overall happiness in the
long run. So, thank you for doing videos on both topics.

I know yoga is supposed to be good for you, but I’m a christian and I
personally had a difficult time reconciling the practice with my faith.
Nikki, I wondered if you are familiar with Holy Yoga? If I decide to do
yoga, I think that is the route I’ll take. Unfortunately I can’t do it
right now because I’m suffering with an extremely painful elbow, or tennis
elbow.

I was just about to soak in a bubble bath when I saw you posted a new video
so I totally brought my computer into the bathroom and watched this videos
while taking my bath haha love that your into yoga now. Ive been going 3
times a week lately and I’m addictive! I notice Im able to handle stress

I love yoga with Adriene! Before I got pregnant I did her videos at least 4
times a week mixed with a yoga app I have. If you search yoga.com in the
app store you’ll find it! It has a ton of different programs targeted for
specific areas. This was a great video!
Oh! And I love that you talked about praying! I know not everyone is
religious but as a Christian, I can say that praying helps me a lot too.
Whenever I’m feeling super stressed or have a lot on my mind, doing a bible
study and then journaling/praying helps so much.

I don’t see a problem with plastic surgery. As long as you haven’t
completely changed your appearance what you do is your business. She’s not
telling you to get surgery to make yourself feel better, but she seems
confident and happy so the fact that she got some work done is kind of
irrelevant, at least to me. Great video.

I’ve practiced yoga since I was really young (like at four I learned the
basic moves with a yoga for kids video.) because of my wonderful parents
and let me tell you I would be so different without it. If I’m stressed, I
do yoga. If I feel tightened up,I do yoga. If I’m bored… I do yoga! I
really recommend it! Just try it once! :)

I looooooved the talk! It was so refreshing clicking on this video and
getting a talk rather than just “this is what I eat this is what I do to
exercise” I frequently workout but after watching this I feel so motivated
to look at physical activity and my wellbeing in a different way. I’ve
stopped doing yoga for about 3 months not bc I don’t like it but because of
time scheduling but I know I can fit it into my schedule especially bc I’m
subscribed to Adrienne! Thank you for bringing up God, I feel as he’s been
reaching out to me for a while but it is I who needs to take his hand and
better my relationship with him. Thank you Nikki♥️

Watching this for a second time and it seriously has helped me so much!
Never expect much from these kinds of videos but man did you deliver!! I’ve
been doing Yoga With Adriene’s 30 day challenge since you suggested her
channel and I AM SO THANKFUL! I too hate running and I finally feel like
I’ve found a form of exercise that I can be consistent with, since FOR
ONCE, it doesn’t feel like a punishment. Thank you so much for posting
this! :)

Thank you for this series! I totally understand you wanting surgery. My
stomach is messed up from my pregnancies and as soon as I loose my weight
Im going to see about taking care of that. I want it for me because it

Loved this video and most of all the part about prayer. I grew up praying
and for me it’s essential to stay close to God and keep me on a straight
healthy path.
