Hey guys I have another video here featuring my daytimer/filofax planner! Hopefully all my subscribers who are here for my planning videos like this one 🙂 I am currently on a journey to improve my health and lose some weight and a way that I can keep track of everything is to put in all in a book so I can track what I’m eating, my workouts and workout progress, and other random health related topics such as water intake and goals 🙂 I hope you enjoy and can take some ideas and inspiration from this for yourself!

That’s great you do that for yourself..very healthy mentality to get
into..I see too many girls in college with eating disorders. I’m sure this
will inspire many young girls to keep healthy.
