btw, I love your personality! I would like to see the supplement video!! Im
trying to literally just loose fat I’m a overweight at 194 lbs I gain
muscle easily and have a lot of muscle mass, would you say cardio is a good
start to loosing the fat?

Please can you do a video focusing on meals? And also maybe a work out
plan? Like the basics so for example what you do in the gym on a leg day
and then we can cater that to what suits us? I love your e-book such a good
alternative for sweet treats and so so tasty xx

This video was super helpful! I just started lifting, and it would be great
if you could film some of your workouts – because I always find myself lost
admist all the gym equipment! I was also wondering, how much weight do you
recommend to lift? I often find myself putting on really heavy weights and
then losing form and speed halfway through the set!

Great video hun,you have such a lovely positive personality,I’ve just
started to clean up my diet as its been terrible lately and really want to
lose some weight but I’m finding it tough because I have a lot of snacky
foods (crisps etc) for my children and my willpower alone is crap,would
running be a gd full body workout for dropping the pounds? I know you say
weights are the way to go but I don’t like gyms and wouldn’t keep at a
routine on my own at home x
