Well, after watching this I feel like we are the same person lol. I was a
gymnast for 13 years and after I quit I had no clue how to workout. I
joined crossfit and the first thing I told my coach was I wanted a huge
butt haha!
This is the first video of yours I’ve ever watched, and you seem like such
a smart and sweet girl – definitely subscribed! 🙂 and I agree about the
healthy eating thing, it just makes you feel so much better mentally.

oh god i grew up on taco bell as a child. i just love tacos and mexican
burritos in general. but the way I have been making them for the last
couple of years now is with ground turkey and I SWEAR I don’t even miss the
ground beef! it tastes amazing is so much better for you! cooking with
coconut oil/canola oil is good as well. :)
