Sharing my goals for 2015 with you. I think they are realistic for my situation, and reachable. The one thing I forgot to mention, which I will likely make a separate video on.. is to be CONSISTENT! If I stick to it, things will happen. If I have days where I don’t stick to my goals/plans It will take a lot longer..

eager to see your progress! I just started my weight loss journey and the
struggle is REAL! But the sacrifice is necessary to not only be healthy but

Q: how long it took you to reach 130 pounds from when you first start RT4
and how much weight did you loose?
I have been mostly raw ( RT4) since May 21st, when I started I was 140
ponds and I’m 5’6.
I dropped like 3 pounds at beginning (2 months) then gained back and my
weight is pretty much stuck at 140pounds.
I m very active, I work out at least 4 times a week or more, just because
it makes me feel great:-)
Especially with this lifestyle I feel super energetic.
Any tips or tricks?!

Sounds good! “Falling off the wagon” isn’t the best term… Just do your

Yeah I know I have to be patient but it’s hard sometimes not to focus on
the weight although what keeps me motivated its that u have seen mayor
changes in my skin and digestion:-)
