for your third goal, you should write down what you eat in a journal! I do
this and it helps you to keep moving forward or eat heathier when you see
what you eat 🙂

You should try dancing it’s so fun! I hate running to and I’m going to do a
Zumba class with my twin sister. You could even just dance to random music
to I do 😛 way better than running!

Kim, I have gone 6 months without soda. I was exactly like you. I think I
hit up the $1.00 large Dr.Pepper from McDonalds like 2 a week. What helps
me is if I drink at least 4 tumblers of water a day I allow myself to have
an ice tea or lemonade with dinner. It seems to be helping. You can do it!
After a while you won’t even miss soda.

But still!!! You could use natural syrups or just drink plain carbonated
water, which is definitely a lot healthier than drinking store-bought

If you like to snack instead of Doritos you should try something like
popcorn, I love the boom chicka pop brand! Or try freezing some grapes! :)

Gaining muscle and getting toned are not the same thing. If you’re toning
your doing very very light weight but a lot of reps (15/20) and if you’re
gaining muscle it’s more medium to heavy weight for 10/12 reps

i think your new healthy lifestyle is working out very well for you. your
skin looks so much better not that it wasnt good before but now its just

tips:
– 80% is what u eat so eat better will
20% of working out
– u work 20% more/harder if u listen to music
– if u wanna lose weight/toned : lift!! walk/sprint ( don’t run if u are
tryin to lose weight )
– if u do go running ur body can run almost forever it’s ur mind that’s
tellin u to stop
– get the app 30 day squat and 30 day abs ( it’s kinda fun )
– don’t eat fruit after 3:00pm ( cuz u don’t burn the sugars )
– don’t do a cheat meal do a cheat day ( if u just do a meal u will eat so
much in that meal )
– if u need sugar on ur fruit use honey it’s amazing
– if u need soda drink Zevia ( it’s the healthy version of soda but not
soda at all )
– take before and after pics
– unfollow all the instagram post that show unhealthy food and follow a lot
of the fitness pages ( I really like them )

Hey lady, I think it’s so awesome that you’re trying to be healthier. I
also don’t drink coffee or soda and to compensate I’ve gotten really into
drinking cold tea. You should try it out! It’s especially nice for summer.

Kim, I have a question! Does your bf pay for everything? Like when you go
out does he buy your food and take you shopping? Also for anyone else who
reads this, please respond as well. I thought guys are supposed to buy
everything for the girl. My dad and mom said so as well. I just thought a
good quality guy would do these things. (Also this is a random comment, but
I just wanted to know because my bf said that I’m wrong. He’s 19.)

I found that when I moved up to college and out of my parents house I went
out to eat much more. I believe this was because I got sick of making
myself food and I just wanted someone to make food for me. I love love love
the Diet Snapple raspberry tea. I sometimes mix this with unsweetened tea
and it is amaze balls!!! Definitely check that out. And you don’t have to
fully give up chips or deserts (I know you said you were going too) I have
found that baked chips work better for me and fiber one has a ton of
delicious desert type deals that are better for you than normal dessert!

I’d definitely recommend Zevia.. It’s not bad for you and it’ll help you
get over soda! Also, it’s going to take more than 1 run a week to get
healthy/toned. If you hate running, you should try other cardio and other
activity like swimming, yoga, Zumba, etc. good luck :)

Running is bad for your joints, you should try swimming!
