for wrists … ??? my wrists are pretty weak compared to other body parts..
i’ve tried wrist curling and farmer’s walk but not to much use … also,
squat is one area which i’ve tried for 2 years and still not perfect at …
some specific video on squat alone will be much helpful … thanks again ..
